Will Rogers Final 1/21/06

Well, here are the final pictures from the will rogers world airport. At least the ones I can take without accessing the terminals. Well, let me rephrase that, the one terminal. Some of the photos were taken from my car, so excuse those. I shale finish Plane Insanity tonight and let you know if you should get it or not. Cheers.

Oh and by the way, feel free to post comments! It's all for fun anyhow, maybe one day I'll work for British Airways and get tons of pictures, but for now I'm doing the best I can.

Well, tommorow I have to pick Dave up from the airport. I really don't know whatelse I can take pictures of, considering I have everything already asides from inside the terminal. We are considering going to London though for a weekend, so maybe I might get Heathrow plus Chicago, Dulles or Hartsfield? Or maybe 3 in one go. If thats the case I will be fucked for pictures, I will have to borrow my sisters card or something in order to fit all of the pictures on a memory card. But whatever, I think I'll get the bathrooms and some extra baggage claim pictures tommorow.

Plane Insanity by Elliott Hester

So I went to Borders today and was browsing the travel narrative section and came across this lovely book: Plane Insanity by Elliott Hester
I highly suggest you guys check it out. It contains short stories about a flight attendants time in the sky. It's hilarious! Anyhow, yes, read it.

Will Rogers Day: 1/15/06 About 1pm or so

Well, I took these pictures extremely hungover so you'll have to excuse the quality. My airpot is quite sad sometimes. We don't fly anywhere out of the United States and the places we do fly are just random. Most flights from OKC go to Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, St. Louis, Newark/NJ and Kansas City. Oh, can't forget Dallas and Houston, the 30 minute flights. I swear I will never fly from Dallas or Houston again. It's like riding the bus on those flights. Anyhow, more random airport stuff later. Here are the pictures:

Updates

Maybe I should start pulling news stories from the various airline and news websites around the net. I'm going to stick with the pictures, but until I get the chance to fly I won't be able to get many. I'm gonna try to get Wiley Post pictures, but I have to figure out how to do that because I don't think they are very commercial, if commercial at all. If they are not commercial, I will just scratch that one.

Will Rogers During the Day

I have to take my friend to the airport again this Sunday, Dave you lucky bastard, but I'll be able to get some shots during the day. I'm gonna try to get a few crowd shots, but not to the point where you can tell who someone is. The bad thing about Will Rogers World Airport is, they have sanctioned certain parts off. You literally have to be a passenger to get access to 90% of the airport. At Will Rogers it didn't used to be like that, but oh well. I'll get some better pictures this time around.
